- GRGinas RoadJan 13, 20261.0Horrible experience. HORRIBLE FOLLOW UP - like they don't want your business. First you get the at home sleep apnea test to see if you need further testing. I had to call them to remind them. Then you go to the sleep center to get your settings down, again I had to keep calling them. Then you meet with the doctor Zaidi. He tells you neeed a CPAP machine and a Rep will be calling you to choose your machine. ZERO call. Now time has passed, I finally remind them and they tell me I have to go thru all that again. NO THANK YOU!
