She got me together. She was very informative, attentive and kind as well. She definitely was very patient. Her customer service was above 100%. She was helpful and welcoming and encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone. I did and I love my new NO line Versace glasses!!!! I would recommend this place. Alisha walked me through everything and the process was so smooth. I thank her for making my experience all but amazing.

My vision is so much better I would recommend to anybody thinking of having this operation. Dr Qi described the operation and honest with expected outcomes.

Angela quickly called my insurance to see what the issue was. Come to find out, VSP said I had used my benefits towards my last visit in which I was specifically wanting to use it towards new glasses. Angela was able to reverse that and apply it to my glasses! Without her, I would have had to spend almost $800. I was able to use my HSA for the balance of $281 and I am BEYOND grateful! Thank you again Angela!!!
