When I called to make the appointment, I told the staff that I was worried about the vision change and headaches, as a result of the incident, and that another physician had told me to make an appointment with a vision specialist as soon as possible. I called and Munster Eye Care Associates made the appointment for me THAT DAY. Even though I was a new patient, this group went out of their way to schedule me to see a physician as soon as possible. The doctor who I saw, Dr. Torabi, was empathetic, patient, very thorough, and most importantly, did a complete assessment and also reassured me that my vision problems were closely evaluated, what I should look for going forward, and that it was her opinion that my vision changes would likely stabilize and improve with time. Dr. Torabi explained several issues pertaining to my eye in a way that no other vision specialist ever has previously. I left this group feeling reassured and knowing how to best protect my eye health, both because of the trauma and generally. If I could give 6 stars for Dr. Torabi's care and approach, I would. And - I feel the same way about everyone else involved within that group - from the intake person over the phone to the individuals who scheduled me for follow up. Could not say enough good things about this group and Dr. Torabi.

GET A SECOND OPINION FIRST before you agree to anything. I was diagnosed here with an issue that I decided to have examined at another office by a highly regarded ophthalmologist and that diagnosis was ruled out not once, but TWICE ! Be ware.

Doctor Qi Was very professional, Very knowledgeable, And took the time to answer all my questions. If I ever need anything more for my eyes , I would not hesitate to go back to doctor Qi. The office staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

She got me together. She was very informative, attentive and kind as well. She definitely was very patient. Her customer service was above 100%. She was helpful and welcoming and encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone. I did and I love my new NO line Versace glasses!!!! I would recommend this place. Alisha walked me through everything and the process was so smooth. I thank her for making my experience all but amazing.
