I was using self-checkout and let the cashier know the price was wrong, and no it wasn't a coupon clip item. Instead of checking, she told me maybe I saw the wrong tag or the item was in the wrong place. Nope — I know exactly what I saw. I removed it from my cart, paid for my other items, then walked right back to the aisle, pulled the sale tag off the shelf, and brought it back to her to prove my point. I shouldn’t have had to go that far just to be taken seriously. Customer service these days is really slipping.
