  Dr. Gautam ordered two tests at Ball Memorial after very little conversation about how they might be relevant to my case. Both came back negative, but with insurance were over $1200. It's very unprofessional and inconsiderate to jump straight to expensive solutions without fully considering the likelihood of their effectiveness, and to pretend like we don't live in a system that financially punishes us for taking tests just to see if they might happen to come pack positive. I had not seen a doctor in a while due to my generally bad experiences with them and Dr. Gautam renewed my mistrust in medical professionals.

  I started being seen here almost 2 months ago. But it’s been the absolute best care over ever gotten. I see Dr. Gautam and he is just simply amazing. He listens and actually wants to help . His nurse Makenzie is great too. She listens and is patient with you , not rushing you out . I truly feel like they want to help rather than just get a paycheck and leave. Highly recommend this place.

  Katie Lee and her nurse Dani are the best in town. They really care and go above and beyond for their patients. The front office staff are always so kind and willing to help anyway they can. I never have any trouble getting an appointment when needed.

  Honestly if you are you looking for a primary care physician look else where. They will not see you if you are actually sick.
