Spent time after time asking why we were going OVER a week without a shower and Karen simply said because they were understaff. I work in this field myself and that is NEVER an excuse. Staff was always taking things from residents and keeping for themselves and I can confirm this because an aide was wearing their sweatshirt we bought for him!

There was a 25% increase in my mother's rate and I have been trying for 2 weeks to find out why there was such a substantial increase. The last time I visited, the common area was filthy and they seemed short staffed. Update: My mother died in November 2023. I received a statement that we were owed a refund for half a month. I started calling in December to get a check for the refund and have gotten the run around, being told the "check is in the mail" but was lost in the mail. Twice. After saying the next contact would be from my attorney, I received a check 6 days later. The check was dated 1/31/24 and the envelope was postmarked 3/14/24, the day after my last call.
