  All my care givers were competent and well liked. Andrea, my weekly helper does everything and anything exceptionally well. Andrea, is very kind, respectful, and thoughtful. Cheryl, my weekend helper is always energetic and cheerful, brightening my day! She has provided good ideas on improving my overall care! Both these Home Instead employees always show are genuinely good people, who are sincere and deeply caring. I’m truly blessed to have them watching over me. They have helped me to make remarkable progress! Thank you Home Instead for employing these fine women!❣️

  My friend/care giver/driver/ errand lady/housekeeper Amanda Alarcon is phenomenal!! She watches me case I lose my equilibrium. She runs to Walgreens whenever I need my medication. Amanda is always kind, caring and does an EXCELLENT JOB keeping my home clean, and everything is in its place. In good weather, she walks with me at the park. If I wake up in pain and have to spend the day in my Electric lift recliner. Amanda helps me and gives me whatever I need. She comes into my house and does whatever is needed. I don’t have to ask her to mop the floors or empty the dishwasher. Whatever I need or want, Amanda helps me. She is past terrific,, she’s a fantastic person ! I thank God that Home Instead sent her to assist me. A few months ago, I had to go to the emergency room. After they helped me, I was discharged. I called Home Instead, They sent another nice lady to Memorial. We had never met before. However, I was able to get help whenever I needed it. I don’t think there is another company that takes care of people like that. They REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! I AM TRULY BLESSED!!

  I am so thankful to the excellent caregivers at Home Instead! When my 84-year-old mother (who lives alone) broke her hip and was discharged from rehab, she still needed lots of help. We had very little notice that she would be sent home, and I was so worried about how she was going to manage. Home Instead stepped up instantly - within minutes they'd assigned caregivers to assist my mother every day of the week. They have an excellent website where you can see the whole caregiver schedule in advance, which offers real piece of mind for all family members managing care for older relatives. My mother was so happy with the care she received. Each person who came to the house was competent, caring, and considerate. I am so thankful to the services that Home Instead provides and I cannot recommend them enough!

  Our family wishes to thank the aides from Home Instead. Their help allowed Mom to stay at home until the end of her life. The aides I remember include Brittany, Myoung, Cheryl, and Kim. Very kind, very helpful.

  Brenda Pontious and Jason Jackson, is awesome, she takes very good care of me. I love her very much! Jason is super!
