From her patience with my mother’s medical condition and her needs, to sitting and reading Bible devotionals to my mother (which mom loves), to the incredible meals that she prepares daily for all of the residents! Tatiana is a diverse, compassionate and enthusiastic Caregiver! I constantly observe her jumping around doing multiple tasks from caregiving, to taking care of all of the kitchen and culinary needs of Francis House! She is doing multiple jobs as one person! Tatiana is very detailed oriented and making sure that the nutritious and delicious meals are prepared and customized for each of the needs of the clients! Not an easy task to do! I have observed that she makes sure that all food, allergies or conditions are addressed, and within those confines she still is able to create the most delicious meals! This is at a professional level! In fact, it is the first time in a year and a half that my mother has gained weight back that she lost, and my mother now has gained 15 pounds back since Tatiana has come on board! Tatiana is one of the main reasons that my mother can now call Francis House home. I regularly observe her genuine love and care for all of the clients and how she puts her heart and soul into the beautiful and wonderful cuisine that she prepares out of love for the residents! Thank you so much Tatiana for all that you do you have become our extended family and we are so grateful for you!

Since the very beginning, Casey developed a unique rapport and trust with my mom, which has become even more evident because Casey has been the first caregiver ever that my mother has allowed to wash her hair in over a year and a half! And my mom will not allow anyone else to do it because she trusts Casey implicitly! Casey has been extremely detailed oriented, genuinely friendly and compassionate, and extremely patient with my mother’s medical condition and her needs. I have observed that her coordination and management of Francis House has been extraordinary! I have personally observed that she’s extremely attentive to both clients, as well as family members and collaborates and coordinates constantly with the caregivers in the facility, coming up with creative solution solutions, in many various situations, to provide for the needs of the clients, and is always striving to establish a peaceful, and efficient living environment. Casey is one of the primary reasons my mom can now call Francis House home! If it wasn’t for her genuine love and passion for the work that she does with my mom and the clients at Francis House, I don’t know where we would be right now. She has become part of our extended family! Thank you, Casey for all that you do and for who you are!
