- CCcelty234Mar 27, 20205.0Wonderful customer service.My grandson broke his glasses and we went to Sturgis to Walmart and an eyeglasses place. Neither place would fix them because he didn't buy them there. We went to Quality Optical and found out he needed complete new frames. The gentleman working there had his lenses in new frames within half an hour. He was very friendly and informative and made my visit there a breeze. I can't recommend this place enough!
