- HWHarold Walters1 day ago1.0Terribly Poor Customer Service, I have been going in here for years and have spent thousands of dollars trying to support a local business. I recently had them make a new pair of glasses with a to me was a radical change in one eye that took me a while to get used to with many headaches. The glasses they made were defective from the start with the lenses popping out easily. I have spent quite a bit of time looking on the floor for popped out lens. both of them easily pop out at the worst times. I stopped in the have them look at them and was told the lenses were poorly made & I would have to give them the glasses. It took 3 weeks to get these made so I was not happy about having to go back to an old pair that had a much different script on my right eye. They didn't seem to really care much after I expressed my displeasure at the options they provided. They said I could buy a second pair but that furthered my displeasure. They seem to have no problem inconveniencing a customer. I decided I will take my business elsewhere and when I called back an hour later to give them another chance at keeping my business the young man who I spoke to said "thats fine" when I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. I guess they must be doing so well they don't need to take care of their current & long time customers. Terrible customer service, I will only go back to return these poorly made glasses & that will be the last time for me at (low) quality optical.
