Anyways, he wasn't very welcoming or helpful at all. Which is a very broad contrast from the rest of the staff who is ALWAYS friendly and smiling and helpful. This was my first time seeing him though. I'll just make sure to come earlier in the day to avoid him. I don't want to jump to conclusions, because he could just be a monotone & unwelcoming person, but... He doesn't represent the "Everyone Belongs" motto at all.
