  Wish i could give 0 stars..tried to seek help here, had to wait for insurance approval was told that would take a few days, it turned into 3 weeks.. went to see what the hold up was, door was locked noticed there is a keycode on door ,so I knocked on the window.. no answer i peek in turn around to leave double check phone to see if I misread the hours on the website go to leave and am blocked in she had called the cops because of a threatening knock???! I just did a simple knock i am a bigger guy and have heavy hands sorry if they seem scary.. was just seeking help. but she needs to get over herself!! I will NEVER EVER SEEK COUNSELING FROM ANYONE EVER AGAIN AFTER THIS, THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!

  Mr. Williams is a great Therapist for myself and my son! He goes above and beyond to make sure we understand that we are heard. My son has had a complete turn around from not voicing his feelings to communicating them. As for myself, Mr. Williams has helped open my mind to new things and ways to help curve my train of thinking from becoming/ staying negative. I’m not ashamed to share because he’s also building my confidence better than before! I’m so glad we came across a Black-Owned/Operated therapy company !

  My experience with Epiphany & Company Counseling Services was one of the most knowledgeable & positive experiences I’ve encountered! Mr.Williams is a phenomenal therapist that pays close attention to detail and focuses on getting to the root of the problem

  Ms. Cooley works to make sure staff are properly trained, and have all needed material to better service our clients. The agency truly care about clients and staff.
