- KSKa'ryn SAug 5, 20254.0Only one lady would acknowledge people standing in line to be helped at the front desk. It takes a few seconds to say I'll be right with you. Dr Tipton however and his nurse were incredibly kind and through. For those reasons I gave 4 stars.

We’ve kept coming back to this location due to their extraordinary staff. The ladies at the front desk are always super helpful and kind. RMA Tameshia is such an amazing person and went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed from this last visit. She really cares for the patients she sees and it counts. Dr. Bala is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable, doesn’t make you feel rushed, and it shows that he cares about his patients. The CNM, Sharon, is also extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable by explaining all steps, any medical devices, and answers any questions before proceeding. The waiting room is much cleaner than the other location and seldom as crowded.
