  I really hate this place. I went back for the results of my MRI on my knee with the Ice King Dr. Andrew's. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, they called me back where I waited for another 30 mins just for Dr. Andrew's to tell me to either take some Motrin or get a knee replacement. I asked him, no physical therapy or anything? Just motrin or a knee replacement? He said "Oh yeah you can do that if you want to, I'll write you a perscription" Dr. Andrew's is incredibly lazy, aloof and dismissive. This conversation that I just HAD to come in and they couldn't call me about literally lasted 10 mins after waiting for an hour and a half. Im never going back there and I cant recommend anyone else to go here either.

  I was referred here by my surgeon - The Scheduler was rude, dry and poor thing sounded MISERABLE she was not friendly at all. my first impression is very very bad. I haven’t even had my first appointment and I’m already disappointed. Wow!!!!!
