  Some people just shouldn’t work in healthcare. Being annoyed to check people in, as well as having a dismissive doctor. No empathy. From someone who’s been in healthcare for a decade, and a NURSE, go somewhere else.

  First time an N.P ever interrupted my family asking questions to let us know she had other patients to see! You drop a bomb like the ekg shows damage to the heart and then act like that? Please if you ever are truly in need of serious help, go elsewhere, it may just save your life.

  The female Doctors are very rude, and don't listen to your concerns. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they actually prescribed me medicine even if they didn't believe I had strep. The onsite test the nurse saw a positive line, but the doctor was not convinced. She said almost all the patients that come in with my symptoms overreact, and they rarely see anyone test positive for strep. I told her out of all the sore throats I've had, this one was way more severe and not a typical sore throat. She at least sent it in to be tested by the lab. They didn't even call me and tell me that the results came back positive. I had to look on the portal and see. I also saw a female doctor way prior to this and let's just say I left in tears because of how rudely she spoke to me. That's why I was reluctant to return, but I had no other choice. They need to do better, and actually listen to their patients. Probably should take a class for patient care skills as well. Every person is different.

  We will never use this walk in again! Our dr sent us here for a physical for our child since they were booked and couldn’t get him in promptly. We waited for about 45 minutes only for them to tell us they can’t sign the paper cuz he takes medicine. Mind you, this medicine has been on his chart for many years and already been cleared by his dr. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating
