  My husband came here Saturday. We were seen by a NP and she never tested him for anything. We were told “you have what everyone in Madison has” (we told her we’re from Mississippi) & she refused to give him a steroid shot. She said the only thing she could do was put in a prescription for cough medicine to Walgreens. Guess what she never did? We checked Walgreens and they never got an order from her. When we got back to MS, my husband was worse. We went to another immediate care & it turns out he has the flu! This happened 2 years ago with another provider who refused to treat him and he almost died with double pneumonia. Go somewhere else where providers listen to their patients!

  I had an appointment at 12:30 and was told there was a 40 minute wait. I had vitals taken, was sent back out to the waiting room to wait again. I have been in an exam room for almost an hour and a half waiting to see someone. I have been here many times and have always been satisfied with the service and how quick things are. But im disappointed and very upset that Ive had to ask twice on how long it will be. Im frustrated to no end already since im sick and now this. Suggestion is to hire more people to help with how much volume there is.

  Staff is great! Kim Hall NP, Bailey and Janie were very helpful. We were in and out! Couldn’t have had a better experience!
