Witham’s main campus in Lebanon, Indiana, includes a 60-bed acute care facility. Witham’s clinics are located in Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Thorntown, and Zionsville, Indiana. In Whitestown, Indiana, at Anson, Witham operates a freestanding ER that is fully equipped with walk-in and ambulance entrances, trauma capabilities, triage exam and observation rooms. This facility is open and fully staffed 24/7.
