- PWPamela WiselSep 24, 20241.0I made it very clear we would not be paying for our medication with insurance. Pharmacy ran medication through insurance anyway and insurance required PA. Pharmacy refused to fill medication without PA despite us telling them we are not paying for the medication with insurance. We are now over a week without the medication. PAs ABSOLUTELY harm patients and delay patient care. Shame on you Kroger pharmacy. Will never return.
