I’ve been using this one for 6-8 months and every transaction has been top notch and always ready in twenty minutes or less! I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and I love how they keep the drive-tru flowing. If a customer is dropping off a prescription, they have them pull around! And that means more than anything else. Because they actually value the customers time. In addition, they have been a pleasure to speak with on the phone! Their app has been malfunctioning lately and I had to call and see what prescriptions are available to pick up. I take my prescriptions every day except for my acid reflux. I only take those when needed and I didn’t specify that and she was still a pleasure. Whereas others have not been. So I am very impressed with their professionalism! Believe me most places there’s always an judgmental, power tripping and hateful pharmacist that thinks he’s sitting on a throne. So Lawrenceburg Kroger Pharmacy, thank you for not being that way. That’s probably why you all are better at your jobs then other Kroger’s.
