  The locker room often has trash laying around and smells like weed. I found dirty underwear in a locker more than once. Who does that??? If you move and need to cancel, they require you to travel to the gym in person to sign something. They claim you can send a letter in the mail, but good luck with that. They threaten you with tanking your credit score if you quit paying and don't go there to sign. You actually can't quit paying unless you cancel your credit card. Trashy place. Trashy policies.

  I wish I could make this a 5-star review. If it weren’t for the ongoing cleanliness issues involving the showers, it would be. I can see that the staff works hard to maintain the facility for the most part. However, the showers need cleaning. In the last four months or so, I’ve reported issues with the showers having grime and lime buildup three times. One of the times I reported this in-person, the worker took the time to look at the issue but then said “it’s not really my job to keep the showers clean.” Most recently, after submitting online feedback, the club manager responded to my message. However, it still appears nothing has been done to remedy the issue. I thought for sure after at least a week since the manager told me he would mention the issue to staff that someone would have managed to clean the shower, but this wasn’t the case. I visited again, 10 days later to see the issue persisted. The shower handles (where there is a large buildup of lime on the bottoms), grime on the shower shelves, and the parts of the shower walls where you can see yellow buildup in the grout all need cleaned.

  Denied entry with a black card guest pass. Been working out there everyday for a week while on vacation. Person was very rude and unprofessional.

  If your gunna have two cities worth of ppl lifting in the same building till past December idk maybe open the gym 24 7 as it was intended. Lazy

  Plenty of fitness equipment for anyone's workout style. Very well kept and meticulously clean. This club is a bit busier than usual with the Michigan City location being closed temporarily, but it is large enough to accommodate.
