  Wow, what an experience, never have I felt so discriminated in my life, Mrs Mobley, the receptionist made no attempt at all to help us, first time patients. I understand we were late, 1 minute, after the 15 grace minutes... but there was literally 1 child in the lobby waiting to be seen, I've been in customer service for about 20 years, and I've tried to always make accommodations, or help out in some way... probably that's the reason y this office was so lonely, with customer service like that, who would want to start a morning like that, and to u Mrs Mobley, a silent prayer to help u find a way to help people instead of pushing them away, God bless

  Love the staff at IU! My daughter was in the NICU for 98 days and all the nurses/doctors were amazing. We had an excellent experience.

  I love all the staff. They are always so friendly and caring. I always get my questions answered and they are helpful when i don’t understand something they break it down for me. All around they deserve more than 5 stars
