  You guys legit tested me for one single thing and told me the test came back negative for the flu and then I went to saint e and they told me I tested positive for flu b you canceled all medication and everything and just left me to figure it out on my own not to mention how rude and disrespectful your front desk staff is and then halfway checked out my girlfriend because she didn’t have the proper insurance I truly think you guys should shut down for a while and re think what it means to be in the medical field

  I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. I came in after a fall with significant back and hip pain and felt extremely rushed throughout the visit. The provider barely looked at my X-rays before telling me nothing was broken and that it was “probably a soft tissue or ligament issue,” with very little explanation. I wasn’t given a clear rundown of what they saw on the imaging, what could be causing my pain, or what to watch out for. When you’re injured and scared, being brushed off like that is incredibly frustrating. I left feeling confused, anxious, and unheard, with more questions than answers. I understand urgent cares are busy, but patients still deserve to feel listened to and have things explained to them properly. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re dealing with anything more than a very minor issue.
