We have to go periodically because he has so much wax. She has been so helpful! She even called his ENT office to get an appointment to get his ear looked at when he was having a problem. We highly recommend this office. I've never found anyone that takes so much time & care for their patients. Id give them a 5++++!

I am more than satisfied with my hearing aids and am on my second set because they are the leader in technology and technology has changed so drastically in the last two years that it made sense for me to update. I can use my smartphone to set my hearing aids which is awesome at school plays and concerts. By the way, there is NO FEEDBACK--that awful squealing sound you hear from other brands of hearing aids. Best of all, any return visits and testing and resetting are always free!
