  I am giving this facility a 1 due to their billing. I NEVER received a bill from them and then I get a bill from a collector. Go somewhere else from that perspective. The treatment I received was 5/5.

  I’ve been here for numerous reasons with my daughter and husband. Staff is always kind and timely. Very thankful to IU team for taking care of us over the years

  Dr. Shah was quick and understanding when it came to my pain. He listened to me when I told him I had just had a CT scan the day prior. He was nice enough to just review that scan before ordering another. He was very attentive to my pain level and my ability to want to solve the problem rather than discharging me he was able to get me admitted to observation so that we could get the problem solved quick quicker. The nurses in the ER in observation and on the MedSurg unit, we’re all super helpful kind and great at communication.

  I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl at IU Health Arnett and the entire team was outstanding. I really want to Thank Dr. Eid, the way she care, communicate, give advice and get concerned about me and my baby’s health makes my hospital visit enjoyable. From induction through labor, delivery, C-section room, NICU stay, and postpartum care, every single person, nurses, doctors, lactation consultants, anesthesiologist, receptionists, housekeepers and more was kind, supportive, professional, and truly caring. I also want to thank Dr. Dye and her team. They knew exactly what they were doing, explained everything clearly, and checked on me and my baby every hour with genuine concern for our health and safety. The facilities were clean and comfortable, but it was the compassionate, attentive team that made all the difference. The food was so good for hospital food. I felt so supported and at peace during such a vulnerable time. IU Health Arnett and its staff get a full 10/10 from me. I highly recommend them to any one looking for best hospital.   I cannot thank Dr. Ali in ICU and Dr. V enough, for the level of care they have shown my Dad. Dr. Ali was so compassionate and amazing with laying out a care plan for my Dad and paving the pathway for his success. Dr. V for his keen observation and level of care is unmatched. Nurse Alita made my transition for me to fly back home, left me feeling confident mine and my Dad's goals were documented, as well as her phenomenal bedside manner. And I definitely would love to recognize the gal who has been working hard to get his placed in a rehab facility. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for caring for my Dad.
