  We can't say enough about the entire staff and services this wonderful team offers! Dana who I guess is the customer engagement manager was just caring and supportive in evaluating our 92 year old mother and her care needs, then helping is develop a support plan. Plus the staff, all of them have been tremendous in both taking care of our mom, as well as supporting any needs maintaining the house, and helping her to stay independent. Again the entire staff has been excellent, but we'd like to call out the above and beyond care and compassion given by "Faith", as well as by "Audrey" who actually took the time to serenade mom with an hour of piano playing, much to my mothers delight. Just great people all around....

  It is rare to find a care service that exceeds your expectations in every way, but that is what I experienced with my extraordinary caregivers Acenith, Cheryl, and Kaydince. They were so kind, patient, and gentle with my husband, helping him to shower, get dressed, use the toilet, walk, sit, lie down. They gave him three great meals a day and made it easy for him to eat. They took him to his exercise classes and made sure he took his nap. They carefully gave him his medication -- 20 pills a day with a complex schedule of pills and eating rules. They did everything with the greatest care and kindness. But they did far more than that. My husband has advanced Parkinson's and dementia, and they did what most people find great difficulty doing. They talked to him constantly, about birds, nature, the pictures of our children, They played music and games. They talked about when I'd be back and they helped him talk to me on the phone. They truly made him happy, they made him feel loved and safe, I am so thankful to have them in our lives, it is a great gift to our family.

  We are very happy with our caregiver Debbie. She is very competent , trustworthy and is a great help around the house.

  Very happy with the care that Elizabeth is giving to my mother-in-law. Such a relief to know she has someone trustworthy who can help with meals and activities when we are at work.
