- MKMahia Keller6 days ago2.0Dr Matt was kind but the front desk lady always rude and unpleasant. We have switched practices due to overcharging for services. When I went to get records transferred I was told they only send X-rays and the new dentist can look in the mouth to see what work has been done. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing. So they have no dental record of the work that was performed?What about detailed receipts that specify the work and cost then? It makes no sense that the new dentist should just have to look in a mouth and figure out what work has been done. Beware of charges and if you ever want to leave that you won’t get anything to take with you.
