- MKMahia KellerNov 18, 20252.0Dr Matt was kind but the front desk lady always rude and unpleasant. We have switched practices due to overcharging for services. When I went to get records transferred I was told they only send X-rays and the new dentist can look in the mouth to see what work has been done. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing. So they have no dental record of the work that was performed?What about detailed receipts that specify the work and cost then? It makes no sense that the new dentist should just have to look in a mouth and figure out what work has been done. Beware of charges and if you ever want to leave that you won’t get anything to take with you.

Most importantly, despite having had multiple fillings and even tooth extractions, both my kids still like seeing these guys. Drs Hodge and Lancaster are very professional, friendly, and very good at what they do. Did I mention fast? Patience doesn't last long with a painful 5 year old and Dr. Hodge gets it done. Though I'm not a fan of dental work myself, these folks always make me more comfortable, as well. Kathy is so good with my boys and she may have even held my hand a time or two. We've had wonderful experiences with all the hygienists we've seen over the years and the office staff is always quite helpful. We really appreciate the care you provide for our family.
