I explained I wasn't upset at her just trying to understand why my prescription was different. Understand it isn't their fault but to toss it across the counter and walk away is NOT how you handle it! Moving all my prescriptions somewhere else.

- MMMGeorgiMJan 30, 20223.0Closed during business hours I don’t know what has happened with this pharmacy for the last month. Everything was working perfectly well before. On 12/26/2021 received a text message that my medications were ready for pick up. I went there on next day at 3 pm, and the pharmacy was closed. I asked a cashier to call the manager, and he/she didn’t show up in the next 15 min. On the 28th , I went in the morning to make sure they were open. But they were not. It was a note “We will open at 2 pm”. I went to customer service and asked to talk with the manager, and he/she didn’t show up again. On 1/29/22, I called the pharmacy and was put on hold for a long time. Finally, the customer service picked up the phone and told me that if I needed something, I should go there because it is only one person working in the pharmacy. I took one of my medications, but the other one was not ready. Later that day, I received a text message it was ready. I went on Sunday the next day, but the pharmacy was closed during its business hours, 12-4 pm.
