- MWMonica WellsFeb 20, 20255.0I have and will continue to recommend Home Instead to friends and family in need of in home care. Caregiver match and communication have been great. Mom's caregiver, Shantel, has been attentive and patient with her. Mom's memory loss can make for some challenging situations and days. Shantel defuses those situations and communicates occurrences of conditions and behaviors atypical for mom with us so that we are able to make informed care decisions even when we cannot physically be with mom.
