I went in for treatment of infection & Kroger is completely out of the antibiotic so had to wait along time for the nurses to just send in the prescription to another pharmacy. Idk why the assistant just couldn't send herself smh

I have went to a few little clinics and normally I like them and I feel like they treat me like a person. I recently moved to Jeffersonville and decided to try this one. It was a mistake. When I went to sign up as a walk in they told me I couldn't and they was booked up. Now maybe that's protical I don't know. I know the one in New Albany tries to work hard to get everyone in. That's not my complaint. My complaint is about the staff member Andrea. She is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in healthcare. So the last time I went to the little clinic they where supposed to have my pharmacy information chanced over. They didn't but no big deal. So I let her know I wanted it to go to Jeffersonville Kroger's after she informed of that. I didn't realize that Kroger's pharmacy closed at six so when that was brought to my attention. I said well let me see if Walgreen's is 24 hour. It litrally would take me like 6 seconds to google that. She then told me I need to hurry up after litrally giving me less then a second before she made that statement. Then felt the need to reiterate how I needed to hurry because they was trying to go home. If you can't give 6 extra seconds to a patient of felt like maybe that's the wrong job for you. I work in long term care I couldn't imagine treating someone like that.

I was irreversibly charged for tests I did not need/never even got results for. Overall my experience was terrible and I would not recommend this place!

After going to Clark memorial hospital and the doctor not even seeming the least bit concerned with my issues and basically getting no help at all for a sinus infection I decided to try this place and thank goodness I did!! The doctor Sylvester Williams took the time and listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail! He got me on the right track and after 1 day I'm already feel better!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
