  I get UTIs easily anytime I'm sick don't drink enough water or anytime I start new medications. I have been to this prompt care 4-5 times and normally I don't have any issues getting medication to help. I went in on a Saturday hoping the medication could kick in before Monday for work. The APRN who treated me did not perform the standard test and instead requested a urine culture. I understand further testing is needed sometimes however, it is not understandable to leave a patient with an infection without any way to treat it for 4 days. I am losing sleep from the pain. I was very unhappy with my appointment and will not be returning.

  Never, never, never again. I am over an hour after my appointment time and still nothing. This place is terrible.
