  Don't go here if you're looking for prompt care. Checked in at 9pm and still hadn't been seen at 11pm, so I left

  I'm unable to get any help. I have major neurological and related health issues, and the physicians abruptly left care without warning. The office said I cant see the doctor and said to call to another place. There did this with the other doctor they stopped care . There is very clearly discrimination and medical gross negligence, major delay, breach of standard care, failure on record happening here. It's like they are forcing to go to another provider and I'm having major health issues. The repeated denial and stopping and redirecting me without appropriate support is dangerous . They treat patients very poorly and cannot handle individuals with complex medical needs. I strongly warn everyone not to go here it's not professional

  Horrible! For four years I’ve been going to a doctor affiliated with this clinic, and year after year I’ve had to battle billing. They either screw up the blood work billing or the preventative visit billing. On the most recent visit I made the appointment through mychart under preventative (because last year I had to pay because they said I made the appointment wrong). I walked in and verified it was preventative and when leaving verified if I had any charges and they said nope, this was a preventative visit. Lo and behold, I got a bill. Multiple hours on the phone and finally I got a letter back with a new charge a 30 minute office visit that wasn’t even stated on the bill! So I called back to billing and spoke to the same person from billing as last time (lol right? She remembered me) and she remembered they didn’t even mark any coding as preventative, ridiculous, and had to fix it. This new bill they finagled in was actually for work that I told the doctor I did not want - a prescription for an X-ray I didn’t want nor have ever used. In my opinion, this is scam. I have now spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get this fixed because I’m not going to be beholden to Norton healthcare any longer. The Norton office here actually told billing that they were going to call me and they never did. It’s funny because these office visits are recorded at this location and I told the doctor I did not want the prescription for an x-ray and he gave it to me anyways. If this is not resolved, every Norton facility will get the same review. Time for a new PCP, I’m sure they aren’t going to keep me after this.
