TERRIBLE! I mean I won't say terrible, because there were some nice people there. However, I understand now why their parking lot is always empty. I went yesterday after slicing my finger, like really bad and I bled for 3 hours!! Really bad to the point it was just going down my arm. Pretty much two and a half of those hours I was sitting in their emergency room. They did not so much as offer me a Tylenol or advil.....nothing. I didn't want a narcotic, but nobody even said "hey you look like that is giving you some pain would you like some Tylenol?" I never even had to sit in the waiting room, they took me right back to a room, but even really that didn't matter because it still took 3 hours. At one point I started telling them I felt really dizzy and I started feeling nauseous, they were supposed to bring me a Zofran I never got the zofran. And like I said. Finally after almost 3 hours the doctor came in and did a horrible job. I mean it looks awful, and I've been in a lot of pain in my life and this is by far probably one of the most painful things in my life and this is by far one the most painful things I've been through. Crazy thing is, I really was not in pain until he stitched me up. Then to make matters worse, he said he was going to give me an antibiotic, which makes total sense, however I just had surgery a month ago, at a Norton Hospital, and they went through my medications with me and obviously they all run through Epic Systems, so they can see everything. Well the antibiotic he called it was the same antibiotic that I have been on for a month now, and I have to be on long-term, because of the extent of the surgery that I just had a month ago. Usually I could just chalk that up as being a mistake but the fact that they saw that and could look it up and everything else that played out, just makes it all worse. Also when I got there they handed me a stack of gauze to hold on my finger and then gave me an incontinence pad, like you put under somebody if they have issues with their urinary tract system or gastro system. My 5-year-old was with me because I didn't have anybody to watch him and when they handed it to me he said "mommy isnt that a doggie pee pad?" I was not even mad that he said that because he's right, they gave that to me to put on my lap so that when the blood started running down my arm it wouldn't get on my clothes. So anyways this was the first time I had ever been to there because I had always heard amazing things about it, and I don't know if it was just a bad day or what, but regardless if you work in healthcare you need to bring the care with you to your job everyday. So, all these people who rant and Rave about how great this place is I'm very glad that you had a great experience but I will never step foot near this place again
