- JHJill Harrison6 days ago1.0I’d give zero stars if I could. Norton Clark will charge your insurance $600 for an hour of therapy with a social worker in the Lois Kratz center. An outpatient building. Billing it under inpatient hospital services. Unless you like fraud I wouldn’t see providers here.

I have to say Eveyone was Nice and Plesent, the place was clean but I wanted to Give A Shout Out to Jenn!!! She was genuinely Nice!!!!! Great People Skills!!! And all around Plesent Person!! Great Job JENN!!! And Great Job Clark Memorial For HIRING HER!! 5 STARSSS

- DBDaniel BeanMar 10, 20265.0Was there for a kidney stone 2/25 /26 tru 2/27/26. I have no complaints about this hospital. Everyone was very professional and polite. All the staff were great. Room was clean. Food was good. They were unable to remove all of the stone. But I have another appointment to finish that. Anyway i would like to thank everyone for doing what you do. Good job and God Bless
