  Since norton took over this office its been incredibly difficult to get an appointment for a sick child, they no longer have same day sick appointments and are ran like any other norton doctors office. The doctors are fantastic though and that's the ONLY reason ive stayed with them, the policies that norton has about if you can't get in with them you have to go to urgent care are ridiculous. It shouldn't be that way, nobody wants to go to urgent care to get another illness they don't need when they could just be seen by their child's doctor. I've been taking my kids here for 5 years now and before they became owned by norton they were extremely flexible with sick appointments. I wish norton never took over this office

  Very slow moving ! All staff is rude & short talking to patients . I don’t think any of them like kids the way they disregarded mine . Asking the doctor any type of questions seems you dumb .! That’s exactly how they respond like you should know or they’re mad you’re asking anything ! I immediately left and found a new doctor .! Wouldn’t recommend ! Don’t wanna make it about what it is but it is !!

  doctors is this offive are very dismissive and refuse to hear parents concerns and when a upset parent tried to express their thoughts and feelings on how they feel dismissed and upset with results of things they get kicked from all services at the office along with that they literally took my kids for an appointment this month and nothing was ever said about my kids not being allowed back or anything even allowed me to schedule their next appointment i didnt wven know they were kicked out until i got an appointment cancelled notice and called to figure out what was happening
