The past year my medication regime has changed quite a bit, unfortunately causing me some vision changes. Even prior to all that, this was my choice for eye care though. Everyone on the team is caring, helpful and has the best interest of your vision at heart. Working quite a bit with Billy, he's my guy when I have to unexpectedly stop in here. He's always so supportive as to what I have going on, he listens, and truly understands that glasses are pricey, and it's important to be comfortable and seeing well! Not to mention, he's always smiling! During my last yearly checkup I had a change in my script, I ordered glasses that just weren't working for me. I stopped in, (for like the 3rd time lol) Billy and the team chatted with the doc and my script was being taken back to the previous one (I believe my eyes were just having a OFF day, when I tested the month before) Without questions, they were on it, and getting my lenses replaced. The frame selection is massive at this location. (You will have a hard time finding just one pair!) The store is ALWAYS remarkably clean, the atmosphere is warm, Staff is constant and friendly, (no matter how many times you bug them) they understand glasses are expensive and they want you to be pleased. All of this in my opinion, is absolutely worth if I pay a little more for the quality (in service and eyeglasses) that I receive from this LensCrafters. This place comes with a warning though, Once you've been treated like a "friend", and have the perfect glasses, you will NEVER settle for less again!
