Autofill is never on time, they don't answer the phone, it's so difficult to transfer prescriptions, and the pharmacist (possibly tech) tried to GASLIGHT me by saying the autofill was on time when it definitely was late. And he gave me a lot of attitude when I said I needed it ASAP. as soon as I figure out how to transfer from here, I am.

Picking up groceries was fast .
But I was second car in line to get medicine the first car left after 15 minutes and I got to window no one at window after pushing button it took another 10 minutes before someone said be with you in a minute well 32 min later finally received help and medicine. Wow you need a lot of work there saw people talking and walking around but was not willing to help. Not a good business practice.

This location doesn’t answer calls. They will put you on hold and leave it on hold. They send you to hold over and over again before sending you to a voicemail in which they never call back. I will say the shining bright spot is the young blonde woman who works up front. I believe her name was Alexia. She was quick, helpful, and polite.

Horrible communication. I’ve waited 2 weeks for a prescription, then they respond with an auto text that it’s not available and to call the store. I wish I could call but their phone lines to the store and pharmacy have been down for at least a week. I guess I’ll have to send the message the old fashion way, carrier pigeons.
