  I would give zero stars if that were an option. My family recently experienced care at Riley Hospital for Children, and it was deeply disappointing during one of the most traumatic moments of our lives. My sister delivered twins, and tragically, one of her babies was stillborn. Instead of receiving compassionate, attentive care, she was met with what felt like indifference from parts of the nursing staff. At one point, a nurse even complained about being tired, which was incredibly inappropriate given the circumstances. To make matters worse, the hospital lost the belongings of her daughter who had passed. That is something no grieving parent should ever have to experience. This was a time when empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail should have been the highest priority. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes so no other family has to go through this.

  My daughter had to stay overnight 4/1-4/2 after her surgery. The staff on 9 W were absolutely phenomenal. It takes special people to do what they do. They were attentive and made sure all needs and wants were met. All the staff were very friendly, calm, and respectful no matter the question or need. I am grateful for them because my daughter was able to get care needed. Thank you all. Blessing ❤️😊🙏🏽

  The hospital environment was clean, organized, and calm, which also helped create a sense of trust and safety. Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality care. Their dedication to patients and commitment to excellence truly sets them apart.

  I went here recently for a few hours for suicidal thoughts and self harm. I tried to get as many names as I could of everyone I met, but I talked to a lot of people. The names I do remember are Joshua, Melissa, Bri, the social worker Alexia, and Jacob, and they were all super sweet and actually cared about me. Another person who was super sweet was a woman in the behavioral health area, I don't remember her name or her specific job but I remember she had a caterpillar sticker on her badge. The only problem I had was when I went to use the bathroom and there wasn't any soap, so I went to ask for some and went to open the door to the office in that area to peek in and ask about some soap, because I wasn't told I wasn't allowed in there and there was a nurse who came out and got mad saying I wasn't allowed in there (I was never told, I was just told to go over there to ask them and I didn't know if they would be able to hear me well through the glass or not) and came out and asked what I needed sounding annoyed.
