Taiya and Paige understood my goal, and made it theirs as well. Their solid knowledge base of their product streamlined the process. Taiya and Paige were very professional, yet friendly. They were extremely welcoming, and kind. Their impact on my experience cannot be underestimated. I find customer service lacking in many areas, but that clearly was not the case here.
