  I have gone to this pharmacy at Kroger well over 30 years. Yes, Mike is sorely missed. He was what a pharmacist, customer service manager should be. He cared. Went out of his way to make sure you had all your questions answered. Since he left their have been alot of different people. They do not have patience and can be very short in reacting to you. Not many smiles. I hope Mike is doing well, happy and prosperous.

  Where did Mike go? This pharmacy customer service is rude and unhelpful. It used to be the only place id consider for my meds. I've been looking for a new pharmacy after 20 years. Mathes me sad.

  Just went to the pharmacy and they tell me they could not fill it cause a different pharmacy already did after asking nicely for them to call cause I know it was a mistake they refuse so I leave drive home and call the pharmacy that supposedly filled it they said no they didn't and it's nowhere on there that they did so I call back to southern plaza and they tell me it's ready after they've already made me drive all the way back home lol with gas at $5.25 the lazy irresponsible pharmacist wouldn't even do her job and then wanted to hang up on me when I start getting mad like any person in this world would if they just drove 15 miles to go get a prescription that they said was already ready before you came and got it and then wouldn't even make a phone call but she would give me the number to call even though it was a mistake on their end not mine
