Twice in the past year I've had to switch doctors and both times this pharmacy has tried to fill my prescriptions with the old doctor. For one medication, they refilled it correctly 4 times before reverting to the old doctor. For another medication I specifically called beforehand to be sure they filled it with the new doctor, but when I got there they'd filled it with the old one. I don't think this is the pharmacist's fault. I think there's something wrong with Kroger's computer system. Otherwise, this has been a great pharmacy.
