- SRShekinah RaglandOct 8, 20211.0I called in a prescription the day before , so I wouldn’t have any issues and the person on the phone told me it would be ready today. I come to pick it up, and they don’t even have me in the system. I gave all of my information to whoever I spoke with over the phone and for all I know it’s just hanging out on a counter back there somewhere unsafe! I will not be back again.
- SFSusan FryerJun 12, 20203.0Sandra is a great pharmacist. She is very helpful & I give her a 5. I do agree that the technicians are a bit rude and dismissive. I've used this pharmacy since this location opened but if Sandra would leave I'd probably go elsewhere.
- SPSamantha PierceJan 21, 20201.0I typically dont write reviews but enough is enough. I have been treated poorly SEVERAL times by staff at this location. They are rude on the phone and in person. I have since switched kroger pharmacies. They are unwilling to help. They wont order meds, says they "cant" until they receive script, however the other Kroger location had no problem doing so. They give patients misinformation and say CANT more than CAN. As a consumer we have a choice and I am choosing to move on, you may also want to do the same. I will no longer tolerate another eye roll from any pharmaceutical employee at this location.
