Let me be the first to say that I've been donating at this plasma center since August which would make it over 7 months since I've been here. The proof is in the pictures on the kedplasma app. With that being said, I've been called one of the calmest and most understanding donors by most of the staff and even other peers here. There was a situation where people love to cut in line (and unfortunately the staff doesn't do anything to try and keep the line in check and order) and today, with me being the 1st in line as always, 3 people cut in front of me but I played it cool as always because it's never that deep to me. When I got inside to the kiosk, a donor lady began to antagonize me by bragging about cutting me in line in which I replied back defending myself and she told me to shut up, which I didn't because it's stated that freedom of speech exists for a reason. A worker here named Helena decided to step in not knowing the full extent of the conversation telling me to shut up first before even confronting the other lady who initiated the conversation. I even had other people who witness and said to Helena that she started the argument to which after I was doing my physical, she tried to then come up to me and mediate the conversation which I told her already that she had no place to even try to antagonize me or threaten to differ me when in reality, I did nothing but try to defend myself. To be honest, this is most likely my last time donating at this plasma center as they always have nurses late to screen, (Tuesday we had to wait 20 minutes for a nurse to even begin screening us which by the time 4 people already left) the staff doesn't seem to even remotely care about their jobs let alone the donors. I even hear some staff bragging about not being able to get fired due to the short staffing and saying and I quote (they won't fire us, nobody else is going to work here for this crappy pay and hours and even if they did fire us, who's gonna screen the donors?) I've worked a lot of jobs that are deemed "harsh and unprofessional" such as Amazon, UPS, etc but this building by far has to be one of the most unprofessional buildings I ever had the chance to donate at. Staff not showing up on time, having idle conversations that aren't even appropriate for donors to hear and even rude staff such as Helena picking fights with donors like a cop without fulling knowing the story, I think I'm just gonna honestly go back to CSL or BioLife as they at least have workers that actually show up on time, professional, and don't treat their donors like shit for no reason and anyone reading this, I would advise you to NOT go to this plasma center unless you want to be treated like crap by 90% of the employees and get into fights with donors over spots in line with no type of order. Sad that I couldn't enjoy being a Savior for longer than a month but I digress my point. If only corporate cared enough to actually enforce the workers rules and hire people that actually care about their jobs.
Side note: Don't trust most of the positive reviews on account of they actually bribe people with bonuses, "goodie bags" and other types of promotions. One worker even over heard me saying I'm just gonna leave a honest negative review and tried to tell me that they would give me an express pass if I posted at least a 4 star review (and that same worker I used to see clamping the pumps that store your blood during donations which I know for a fact that can 100% get you fired yet they still work there).
Edit/Update: I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, I didn't want to resort to this but this sadly seems like the only way considering the corporate "response" to 80% of the negative reviews.

I just started coming here. So far 5 donations. Each time takes about 4 or 4 hours. MOSTLY because the people working there are to busy talking to each other. You would think it's a friend meet up in there. Twice now after being finished I sat there for 30 mins waiting to be unplugged. I look around I see the workers laughing n talking to each other. It's honestly annoying. My advice, take care of the donors an respect our time. Laugh n talk to your friends after work. Have respect for the people and there time.

I’ve never donated before last week and I had a great first experience. The staff were friendly and the center is very clean except for the restrooms. Which people are nasty and public restrooms are gross in general lol I do want to give a shoutout to Medina! Shes gentle and sticks me perfect every time🖤 You made my first experience great and I appreciate that. I’ll be a returning donor!
