  Wait time is pretty good. Sometimes none at all. They can get busy but excellent service all the times I had to go or take anyone.

  If you have kids - this place is incredible. In an out in 37 minutes. I had an answer to my problem, a teddy bear, and a lollipop in my hand leaving. 10/10

  Got there 8:45 Saturday morning, no line, was seen immediately, both the nurse and Stephanie Bryan, NP were super friendly, was in and out with a prescription in less than 20 min… top tier urgent care experience

  One of the most important aspects for us is the people. We have found consistently that the staff at IU Health Urgent Care - Broad Ripple are very caring, kind, and patient. They also seem highly competent and skilled. They are the reason we return there whenever we need urgent care.

  The nurses were kind and responsive. There was a long wait time but I was a walk-in. I accepted that. Everything was lovely until I had the displeasure of meeting Dr. Natasha R Stanglein. She walked in and immediately seemed disgusted with me just being there. I am a black man. Be weary if you go here as a person of color. She was short with her words and incredibly rude about giving me a doctors note for my job. I’ve never had an issue with doctors pre-dating a doctors note. Especially since it was only the day before I was asking for. And especially if she herself already diagnosed me for today. She was defensive, rude and dismissive. She shouldn’t work in healthcare if has an issue communicating others. But I suspect she would have been kinder had I not been black.
