🚨BEWARE!! Not worth the energy and effort!!!🚨
They did not report accurately in clinical notes, I reported an assault and my female therapist blew it off in her note. Therapist and doctors who down play ANY form of abuse or harassment need to find a new industry. Alyssa Hatfield (therapist) and Kate Morris (np of psychiatry) only set me back in my recovery and did not provide the support I need to heal.

Everyone was understanding and pleasant. I even noticed that the decor and lighting were comfortable. Thank you IU.

I’ve only been to a therapy session ONCE back in October 2023 and is now January and wasnt able to go back until February. They have called off on me 3 times and I had to cancel my services with them. Usually it’s the client that calls off for the appointment but I do not feel taken care of as a client and never felt more of a bug to the therapist EVER like I do now. Don’t get me wrong the people in the office are very nice and nonjudgmental. It’s honestly ridiculous that I would have to unnoticeably wait 4 months to see a therapist for my second session. I dont recommend IU if you prefer to do in person sessions and don’t prefer/have alone time to do your therapy sessions on the phone.
Edit: I went through 3 different therapist during this time and only saw 1 of them.

Unreliable! I went through 3 counselors while there. I just got a letter today informing me my counselor would no longer be seeing patients after Nov. 22. That's today! No notice whatsoever, had to basically start over 3 times and then abandoned. Now I'm left stranded trying to get a new counselor without any help on their part. One of the options they gave, I called and they aren't accepting new patients. The other is notorious for offering horrible counseling. Now I'm stressing out and have called several other places who either don't accept my insurance or aren't accepting new clients. There should be a law against abandoning patients like this.
