  Front office staff was both personal and professional as they moved me through the short efficient wait which was less than 4 min. They covered the basics quickly and put me at ease as if I were the only patient they had. My provider as well made me feel respected and honored as a person in an environment that was amiable in personal energy and within the context of the highest standards of professional Healthcare.

  Attention to my concerns has been great. Dr Delaney is courteous, speaks to my daughter's needs and is always willing to hear me out.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting FOUR months to get an ADHD test, and rescheduling three times (due to the providers personal issues) we found out they don’t even test for this!! We decided to schedule an OCD test with them to just get the ball rolling on therapy & when it came time for the appointment the provider didn’t show up & didn’t recall scheduling it with me two days prior. I pulled my son out of school for this appointment, made arrangements for child care for my other children, only to be told “oops we don’t remember scheduling that”. I have had nothing but horrible experience after horrible experience. All I want, is to get my son tested & get him some help. That is it. These “health care providers” have done nothing but cause more issues. I do not recommend this office...obviously.

  A week before a scheduled appt the office called saying my provider was going to be on vacation and I had to reschedule - 2 months out. I had been waiting for this appt as I had been struggling. I was treated terribly by office staff who had zero compassion, and then to top it off was scolded by my provider for MY treatment of THEM. This was a year ago and I haven't felt safe dealing with them since. Then recently, I had no scheduled appt in my calendar, had received no reminders from the office; no emails, no calls, no texts, nothing, and randomly got a text for access to a video call. Got the text at 2pm, didn't see it until 2:15 (because I wasn't expecting it) I clicked on it and sat in the virtual waiting room for over an hour. She never came on to say oops you missed your time, nothing. No follow up call from the office. This type of treatment is bad at a regular office, but for a mental health provider it is absolutely abhorrent. So happy to be seeing someone new. Go to Hancock regional health if you can. Run, fast, from this place.
