  Tried to bring our newborn son to this place as pediatricians seemed highly rated. Called in before he was born to set up who his doctor would be. I was told “ just call in once he is born and we will set him up with someone, we have plenty of availability.” I called in once he was born and they said both of their pediatricians were taking time off for the week and that 8am the day after birth was the only time they had available. Went in and was told to bring him back later in the week for a weight check. Talked with a staff member about scheduling my next appt and they said both pediatricians don’t have availability for 3 months for my newborn child, and when I got upset she took it back. She was able to book my weight check for this week. Went in for the weight check and was told the nurse is refusing to do it because they have no pediatricians or pediatric nurse on site to provide any actual feedback and legally she felt obligated to decline. The nurse who brought us back didn’t say his name to call us over and just waved us over and said “your the one’s here for a weight check right” clearly didn’t even know his name, and told us to leave right after. Poor communication, over booked and under staffed, and staff comes off as rude because they are being pushed to try to accept patients when they clearly can’t. Frustrating that most stressful part of my first week as a new father was this establishment. Never go here.

  I feel comfortable with Dr. Boyce and staff. It is very close to my home. I also believe that my health issues are being covered well by Dr. Boyce.

  I've had to open a complaint with Customer Relations at IU Health. I thought Glendale would be a wonderful clinic to meet my medical needs. Nope. I was with the same clinic for 33 years, but IU health closed clinics, my doctor of 31 years retired and the next doctor left the state. You are not guaranteed continuity of care. They do not listen. Specifically, the physician assistant wrote the names of my previous doctors wrong in my chart. This goes to show you, they don't listen. They do not care, just another number in their machine. I will be leaving IU care due to the treatment I received at this location. Disgusting and unacceptable.

  The IU Glendale location is TOP TIER..I was greeted nicely & was treated with Professionalism, prompt service & the Dr's listened and acted with respect in getting what I needed completed. The Best location I've been seen at. The Staff is Amazing 👏
