  I appreciate being able to get in quickly. All of the staff were so friendly and genuine. I wish I lived closer so it would be more convenient for me to switch to this location. Sandy Vanwye helped me feel at ease and reassured and heard.

  Nurse that took my vitals was wonderful! NP was wonderful! Room was warm and clean. Appt began on time. NP took time to talk to me. Best experience I have had at IU to date!

  Yeah so my girlfriend had an appointment recently and I was told that she would be back in a "minute". I had to wait in the waiting room for her to be done, while other guys came out with their significant other. Any other IU Health Organization I never had a problem with feeling "uninvited" to, but we won't be back.

  This office used to be ran great... now it's more about not calling patients back... not listening to the patients concerns... and an overall feeling of being rushed out instead a real concern for their patients. Obviously anything going on in this region of the body is a delicate situation as is and not being heard makes it 10 times worse.
