  It took over 4 months to get into this office. The staff is not all that great. I do not feel listened to. I’ve called in to check on results and no one could bother to call back when they did I was told that they would call me back with the results. I call in to tell them about my symptoms and I get pushed off and have to call in again.

  I spoke to the receptionist Hanna and she was so helpful. Thankfully she had the time to listen to the complications I've been dealing with for 4-5 years. I really appreciate her taking the time to record my concerns and context for the doctors. My only critique is that my medications on file with my local IU Health Office (PD in another city) is not available for this office to see or review before my initial appointment or talking to a NP. Hanna is amazing and I wish all receptionists were as understanding and diligent as she was during our call.

  I adore Dr. Holden, he is very friendly and knowledgeable, he will answer all your questions and makes sure you completely understand everything that is happening with your treatment and condition.
