  I’m not trying to bash the hospital but I feel for patients to come through the emergency room at 3:18 PM and don’t leave till 7:30 PM is a little bit too much

  When I need emergency care this where I go. Everyone treats me very well which I'm greatful for. They aren't just doing their job they actually care about you as a person.

  Went to er for seizures, took 8 hours to get a cat scan, also had extreme pain from a ovarian cyst. Did not recieve pain management inwhich I was already prescribed from my family med doc on my chart. Nurses ask what do I need they dont know me yet. Doctor proceeded to come in give me the results, prescribe me an anti seizure medication to then send me a notice text from iu of diagnosis of sickle cell anemia today. I called the er. They were so confused, sent me to the vm of the patient advocacy and no call back. Im scared, confused, and am in the dark. If you want good bedside treatment, patient management, courtesy, and the correct diagnosis DO NOT GO TO IU METHODIST!!!

  I would give a zero if I could send me home and did not use my urine that I gave them because I did not get discharged correctly because I refuse to wait another 2 hours after already giving them a urine sample
