  Dr. Janice Farlow is wonderful in every way. I saw her for a benign parotidectomy and was treated with care, respect and utmost professionalism. She listens well and is very assuring. A wonderful doctor and surgeon.

  Dr. Yekenni and his staff are professional, personable and highly skilled. Dr. Yekenni is a bit on the stoic side, but actually quite personable when you understand this. He's an excellent surgeon and is quite compassionate. Excellent care.

  Be prepared to be billed $1850 to put a camera in your nose just to be prescribed antacids. Then billing will tell you it’s your fault for not knowing the cost of a procedure at your first ever visit to ENT doctor that seems to be just a normal part of the visit. And finally, everyone at the doctor office will say that he/she had no clue it cost that much.

  Dr. Sim went above and beyond any other physician I have ever had, and I have had many. He was patient and kind, explains all aspects of procedure and answered all questions in ways we could understand. He took the time to be an outstanding doctor.
