  With my age at 67 my eyes have changed! Cataract /Laser surgery 2 years ago. With, Aftercare and 2 exams and my vision is worst than ever. But, with the Dr. expertise and concern she found a solution for my eyes. I am elated and waiting on follow up procedure .Thanks for giving me hope to see.

  Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve been a patient here for a few years, which makes this even more frustrating. At my last visit, I spent significantly more time waiting than I did with the doctor, my actual appointment lasted no more than five minutes, only to be told to use a hot compress. I also purchased the recommended products during that visit. Weeks later, I received a bill for over $90. While I can pay it, that’s not the point. The charge felt completely disproportionate to the level of care and time provided. What’s more concerning is the lack of follow-up. I reached out multiple times to discuss the bill and was told I would receive a call back. That never happened. After several attempts and no resolution, I was essentially ignored. It’s disappointing because I had positive impressions in the past, but this experience showed a clear lack of accountability and respect for long-term patients. I’ve since paid the bill, but I will not be returning. I’ll also note that in reviewing other feedback, there appears to be a pattern, responses are made to many positive reviews, while more critical ones often go unaddressed. That lack of engagement only reinforces the concerns around accountability and patient care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because patients deserve better communication, transparency, care and follow-through.

  I really liked the information I was given I have a better understanding of my eyes and what to do. Dr. Snyder and staff were very professional and helpful answered all questions that I and my husband asked. Thank you for your service

  This was my first visit to infinity eye care. I was amazed by the quality of care I received. I was able to get in the day after I called. The whole process was seamless from the exam to fitting me with my new frames. Hats off to Dr. Snyder who took the time to explain all my test results in a teaching way that made it very easy to understand. My overall experience was fantastic. Skip the cookie cutter places. I highly recommend this place!!!!

  Dr Mark Snyder is a great excellent Optometrist, he explains everything in detailed plain language which is very easy to understand, not to mention his wife Dr Karina Snyder too, she was the one who did my first eye exam for the first time in my life and she was excellent! They are both extremely knowledgeable and very professional, l don't hesitate to get seen by either one of them, my eye health are in great hands and l trust them. the office staff is friendly and professional as well, l highly recommend Infinity Eye Care ,you won't be disappointed.
