  I have been going to this office for 10+ years. I come here if I have a feminine issue an average Gyn dismissed me for. I come to this office and my issue is diagnosed and treated immediately. The issue I always have with this office is that they do NOT call back promptly. The organization here still aggravates me. Repeatedly I have tried to get my current meds updated and it never happens. It pains me not to give 5 stars to the office I have depended on for 10+ years, but the organization is still below standard and they still don’t call back promptly.

  Dr. Conklin is, perhaps, the best physician I've ever seen. She took a genuine interest in my concerns and was happy to answer any questions. Not only was the visit great, but she provided me with a research printout that I could take home and read through, which I greatly appreciated given how difficult it can be to find trusted information online these days. Dr. Conklin was recommended to me by a close friend, who was also recommended by a friend, and that list goes on. Truly a stand-out experience in the healthcare industry, cannot say enough nice things!

  Such a wonderful experience every visit! Thank you all for what you do for patients each day. I’m so grateful to have doctors that understand and respect the complexity of the perimenopause and menopause transition! We need more scientific research on women in this transition, but I’m so grateful to everyone on this team. The best Gyn care I’ve had in my lifetime is with you. I see Dr. Kelly Kasper and Dr. Patricia Johnson and their teams.

  Zero stars. I wanted practical guidance and reassurance, and instead I left with more questions and frustration. Feeling dismissed or unheard in a medical setting can be really discouraging, especially when I am dealing with something as personal and uncomfortable. I am going to seek services somewhere else.
