I made an appointment with the little clinic on Thompson Rd to get there & be told that I can be seen because the provider on staff was not in network with our insurance. I call the Little Clinic # to make an appointment at another clinic & was told that my child could be seen & confirmed the address was the 1330 Southport Rd & my appointment was at 6:45 - only to get there & be told that my child was not on the schedule & I could be seen but needed to make an appointment. After making the appointment we were taken back to a room. When the provider Misty walked in she immediately was rude. I expressed my frustration with the experience & that she was being rude for her to say that she was not going to argue. I agreed & said that we could keep it about the sick child. She then refused to see my child because I was frustrated & she didn’t like my tone. I made sure to tell her not to charge my insurance for the visit since she did not want to finish examine my child.

Me and my son were told we would not be able to be seen because there were 2 other people there also and they would not have time. If someone shows up before you close you should be able to be seen. Very disappointed and you need to do better!

- RSRobert SebastianSep 26, 20255.0Misty was incredibly kind and professional. Amazing how these specialists want to charge you 120.00 dollars for an office visit on top of the cost of a vaccine. Little Clinic only the cost of the vaccine and associates who actually care.
- MEMaria ElsenerNov 18, 20161.0Went first thing in the morning and waiting 20 mins. while the NP sat in her office with the door open and didn't have a patient. By the time she called in her first patient it was 9am not 8:30 like it states online and there were then 5 of us waiting. Then the person that signed in after me was taken in a room before me. After waiting until 10 am I had to leave to pick up my kids from preschool and was never even seen By the NP. No regard for patient care or other people's time!
